Founded by producer Lucy Meer, Strive is a company that is constantly curious about our world and all of the 'why, who & how' questions that comes with it.

 

Launched in 2017, Strive is a BAFTA long-listed film & TV production company that has a strong track record of producing content from outsider perspectives and those who are often treated as 'other' . With strong working-class roots and based in Hull, Yorkshire, Strive champions regional talent from across the UK and beyond. Bringing together passionate storytellers is what we do and film is how we do it.

Strive currently has a slate of short, feature film and television projects in development and production with BFI NETWORK and BFI Young Audience Content fund, as well as projects in the immersive industry supported by Creative England's New Ideas Fund.
